Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your AdBoard Twin account and
the data associated with it. It applies to both the AdBoard Twin mobile app
(com.adboardtwin.mobile) and the AdBoard Twin web portal.
AdBoard Twin is business-to-business software. There is no public sign-up: your account is created for you by your own organisation's administrator, and the business records in the system belong to that organisation rather than to you personally. That shapes what can be deleted, and by whom — which is set out below.
1. How to request deletion
Option A — ask your organisation's administrator
This is the fastest route. Your administrator can deactivate or remove your user account directly in the AdBoard Twin portal, under Settings → Employees. Once removed, you can no longer sign in on the web or in the mobile app.
Option B — email us
If you cannot reach your administrator, email support@sazingadigital.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request", and include:
- Your full name
- Your username and Company Code
- The name of your organisation
We acknowledge requests within 5 working days. Because the account belongs to your organisation's workspace, we verify the request with that organisation's administrator before acting on it — this protects your colleagues from someone else deleting an account they do not own.
2. What is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete:
- Your user profile — name, email address, phone number and username
- Your password credentials and any active sessions or refresh tokens
- Your role and permission assignments
- Your saved preferences, including language and notification settings
- Any registered mobile device records used for notifications
3. What is retained, and why
Some records cannot be deleted along with your personal account, because they are your organisation's business records rather than your personal data, or because Indian law requires that they be kept:
- Business records — sites, campaigns, proposals, invoices, purchase orders and campaign photographs. These belong to your organisation. Deleting a user does not delete the organisation's operational history.
- Financial records — invoices, payments and related accounting entries are retained for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, regardless of whether the user who created them still has an account.
- Audit history — the log of what was changed and when is retained for accountability and security. Where an entry references you, it is reduced to a non-identifying internal reference once your profile is deleted.
If your organisation ends its AdBoard Twin subscription entirely and asks us to remove its workspace, all of that organisation's data is deleted after the retention period required by law has passed.
4. Photographs captured in the mobile app
Photographs captured in the field are proof-of-display records belonging to your organisation, and are retained with the campaign they document. Photographs still waiting in the app's offline upload queue have never left your device — uninstalling the app removes them, and clearing the app's storage removes them immediately.
5. Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 5 working days of your request
- Verification with your administrator: up to 10 working days
- Deletion completed: within 30 days of verification
- Removal from backups: within a further 30 days, as backups rotate
