Privacy Policy

AdBoard Twin is outdoor-advertising (OOH) management software operated by Sazinga Digital ("we", "us", "our") for business customers who manage hoardings, campaigns and related operations. This policy explains what information AdBoard Twin collects, through both the web portal and the AdBoard Twin mobile app, how it is used, and how it is protected.
AdBoard Twin is business-to-business (B2B) software. There is no public sign-up — accounts are created for you by your own organisation's administrator, and you sign in with a Company Code together with a username and password issued to you.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and user information
When your organisation's administrator creates your account, and as you use the system, we hold:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your username and a securely hashed password
- The organisation(s) you belong to, and your role and permissions within them
- An audit log of changes you make in the system — what was changed and when, for accountability
1.2 Business data
The system stores the operational data your organisation enters, including advertising sites and hoardings (including addresses and GPS coordinates), campaigns and bookings, details of clients, agents, partners and suppliers as business contacts, proposals, invoices, payments and expenses.
1.3 Photographs
Users upload photographs of advertising sites and campaigns to document their physical condition and installation. A photo may carry the GPS coordinates and date/time it was captured, along with the identity of the user who uploaded it.
1.4 Mobile app permissions
The AdBoard Twin mobile app requests the following device permissions:
- Camera — to photograph sites and campaign installations directly within the app.
- Location — to geo-tag photographs with the coordinates of the site. This is optional; the app continues to work if location access is refused, and photos are simply saved without GPS coordinates.
- Photo library — to let you attach an existing photo instead of taking a new one.
If you take photos while offline, they are stored on your device and uploaded automatically once a connection is available.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used solely to operate AdBoard Twin for your organisation, specifically to:
- Authenticate users and control access according to their role
- Record and track sites, campaigns, bookings, proposals, invoices, payments and expenses
- Document the condition and installation of advertising sites through photographs
- Maintain an audit trail of who changed what, and when
- Provide support when your organisation's administrator or our support team needs to investigate an issue
3. Storage and Security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database, and files such as photographs are stored in Amazon S3. Both are hosted in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) AWS region. All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in readable form — they are hashed using bcrypt before being saved.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or any third party for marketing purposes. Data is visible only to authorised members of your own organisation, according to their assigned role and permissions. The only sub-processor involved is our hosting and infrastructure provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), which stores data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
5. Data Retention
Business records are retained for as long as your organisation keeps its AdBoard Twin account, and afterwards for as long as required under applicable Indian tax and accounting law. When a record is deleted, it is soft-deleted rather than immediately erased, so an administrator can recover it for a period afterwards.
6. Your Rights
Because AdBoard Twin is business software operated on behalf of your organisation, your personal data is controlled by your own organisation's administrator. If you would like to access, correct or delete your personal data, please contact your administrator — they can make these changes directly within the portal. You may also send an account-deletion request to our support contact below, and we will route it to your organisation's administrator.
7. Children's Privacy
AdBoard Twin is business software and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the product or to legal requirements. If we make a material change, we will notify users in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
